I wasnt able to find a blog that documents everything before and after trying out a fitness program so when I found the effective one, I decided to start my own blog. I am going to tell you about my journey of completely getting rid of love handles.

But first, let me tell you about where I got started.
I’m generally pretty happy about myself since childhood. but for a long time now (let’s see, maybe in my early twenties when my body just quit fighting fat) I’ve been gradually putting on weight.
I really tried to ignore it but I’ll be honest, it tore me up inside, sometimes I would get so depressed when I looked in the mirror,

Well, I finally decided to do something about losing the extra 37 pounds I’d gained over the years and I tried everything,
At first I was lazy and went with the pills, and then all the different diets, and then just trying not to eat sweets or junk food. There was even a time that I tried a chinese slimming tea which just tasted awful.
Good news is that I started seeing results, but then after some time, I don’t know what happened, but my progress got really slow and then eventually stopped. It was really frustrating.
But the worst was when I had lost some weight with a diet and felt really good about it, only to gain the weight back a few months later. I was so angry!

The program did work for me (right now im only down to my last 10% of love handles after 3 months of using the program) but it definitely wasn’t perfect.
The one improvement I would have liked to have seen is videos that show you how to do the workouts, even though the pictures in the book were really good were pretty much self explanatory, I personally would have loved to have some videos in there.
But what’s more important is that I’ve lost 35 pounds with Truth About Abs, so yeah, it worked and for me, and I have no doubt it can work for you too. They just have the best exercises for love handles anywhere online or offline.

Basically any form of exercise will do the work in what concerns burning calories, but for the specific problems of love handles there are some targeted exercises you have to include in your routine and to practice on a regular basis.
